Responsibilities
- Ability to plan and manage projects for production line improvement and cost reduction.
- Skilled in preparing production processes to support new models and fluctuating production volumes.
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) for permanent solutions.
- Provide on-site technical support for Common Rail System valve products.
Work for SIAM KYOSAN DENSO CO.,LTD.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 1–2 years of experience in the automotive parts or automotive industry.
- Knowledge and experience in CNC processing, assembly, welding, and molding processes.
- Positive attitude, proactive, open to learning, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage projects, including planning and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or CAE is an advantage.
- Good command of English; Japanese language skills will be considered a plus.
- TOEIC score of at least 450 required.
