Responsibilities
- ปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน เช่น การตรวจสอบ ทำความสะอาด หล่อลื่น และเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนที่เสื่อมสภาพ
- ตรวจสอบสาเหตุการขัดข้องของเครื่องจักร เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและดำเนินการซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุรากของปัญหา และดำเนินมาตรการแก้ไขเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาซ้ำ
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อลดการหยุดทำงานของเครื่องจักรที่ไม่คาดคิด
- พัฒนาปรับปรุงด้านความปลอดภัย คุณภาพ และประสิทธิภาพการส่งมอบอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาอย่างน้อยระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.)
- สาขาเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า เมคคาทรอนิกส์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ระบบอัตโนมัติ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรอย่างน้อย 0–1 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านการอ่านแบบเครื่องกลและผังวงจร ระบบลม (Pneumatic), ระบบไฮดรอลิก (Hydraulic), การเดินสายไฟฟ้าควบคุม, ตั้งค่าซอฟต์แวร์, การควบคุมเซอร์โวมอเตอร์, HMI, PLC, Robotics, CNC และวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
- ใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint ฯลฯ) ได้ดี
