Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts in Thai and English languages
- Legal consultation
- Legal Compliance activities
- Legal counsel (contract, business license, consultation, etc.)
- Corporate work management (incl. BOD and Shareholders meetings)
- Litigation and legal dispute management (incl. Labor Law, Customs Law)
- Compliance activities management (incl. Anti-corruption, Personal Data Protection)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business law or related fields
- Minimum 10-15 years' experience in legal, corporate and international commercial transaction
- Have very good knowledge of domestic and international trade, commercial business including taxes, customs, and labor
- Have strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, and communication skill
- Have high accountability and can work within deadline
- Good command of English with minimum TOEIC score of 650
- Good at Computer literacy in MS Office
