Responsibilities
- Intellectual Property Right (IPR) consultation e.g. Trademark and Patent (Mainly Trademark) in ASIA region
- Drafting and reviewing contracts for IPR and other related business contracts in Thai and English in ASIA region (excluding India)
- Providing legal advice relating to company's business in Asia region
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Expertise on IPR related works such as Trademark and Patent
- Drafting and reviewing domestic and international contracts.
- TOEIC score min. 650
- Good presentation & communication skill
- Microsoft Office 365
- Has an own car and driving license
- Can work upcountry
