Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (IS Representative) to ensure stable business operations.
- Monitor and support system performance, availability, and incident handling.
- Lead Incident Response for IT/InfoSec issues as Cyber Incident Respond Team (analysis, resolution, reporting).
- Support user services & troubleshooting to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with R-IS / R-ISP and vendors for system improvement and issue resolution.
- Drive infrastructure improvement & digitalization initiatives aligned with company strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in IT Infrastructure / System Support.
- Knowledge in network, server, and security tools (InfoSec awareness required)
- Experience in incident response, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and regional teams (R-IS / R-ISP)
