Responsibilities
- Execute enhance tool ( Cutting tool ) cost competitiveness (in-house and suppliers) through R&D, continuous improvement, and adoption of new technologies, ensuring high efficiency, quality, base on engineering analysis.
- Analyze Cutting tool data to drive improvements using new technologies, evaluate under QCDS, validate through trials, and report results accurately to supervisors.
- Execute defined cutting tool cost reduction plans for each product to achieve company targets. Ensure effective implementation as planned, and proactively initiate recovery actions to stay on track in case of delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering with GPA>2.5
- Male or Female, age between 21-25 years old
- 0-2 Yrs experience in PE or Production Field
- Have skill in Microsoft 365,
- Strong critical and logical thinking
- Communication and presentation skill.
- Can work under pressure and time constraint.
- Possible to working OT and some holiday
- Minimum TOEIC score 450 points

What you will do
