Responsibilities
- Manage and execute activities related to Thai labor law, including employee complaints, investigations, compliance cases, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor updates in Thai labor laws and regulations and provide practical guidance to management
- Develop and deliver internal communications, planning initiatives, and periodic activities
- Enhance and strengthen annual negotiations in alignment with company direction
- Support cross-functional activities and company-wide requirements, including projects and operational issues as needed
- Support organizational change initiatives and lead Project management
- Manage relationships and coordination with external stakeholders (e.g., government agencies)
- Support employee relations functions and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Male/Female 40-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, or Human Resources or related field
- Minimum GPA of 2.70
- At least 10 years of experience, including managing more than 3,000 associates in labor union or human resources management
- TOEIC score at least 600 points
- Proficient in English communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
