Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all activities and requirements related to Thai labor law, including employee complaints, investigations, compliance cases, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor updates in Thai labor laws and regulations and provide practical guidance to management.
- Develop and deliver internal communications, planning, and periodic activities.
- Enhance and strengthen annual negotiations in alignment with the company’s direction.
- Support cross-functional roles and company-wide requirements, including projects and operational issues as needed.
- Support organizational change initiatives.
- Manage relationships and coordination with external stakeholders (e.g., government agencies).
- Support employee relations functions and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male/Female 40-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Human Resource Management, Administration, Psychology or related field
- GPA at least 2.70
- 10+ years of experience in Labour Union, Human Resources Management
- TOEIC score at least 550 points
- Can use English for communication
- PC literacy in Microsoft Office
- Can drive a car with driving license.

What you will do
