Responsibilities
- Improve productivity and efficiency through IE and continuous improvement approach
- Design factory layout and material flow to reduce waste and lead time
- Optimize inventory and logistics to support stable production
- Work with production teams to implement practical improvement ideas
- Strengthen standard work and process stability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering with GPA>2.80
- Male or Female, age between 21-25 years old
- 0-2 Yrs experience in IE, Production system.
- Have skill in Microsoft 365
- Strong critical and logical thinking
- Communication and presentation skill.
- Can work under pressure and time constraint.
- Minimum TOEIC score 450 points
