Responsibilities
- Select and order parts from suppliers to ensure quality
- materials meet specs and production schedules. Follow PU
- procedures, verify document, coordinate with suppliers.
- Control purchasing costs. Verify prices and order terms, compare with budget, report anomalies.
- Manage suppliers to minimize production stoppage risks.
- Secure supplier capacity by comparing with demand.
- Support price negotiations. Prepare pricing data, purchase history, and related information as assigned.
- Coordinate with all departments to achieve cost improvement. Liaise with various units to exchangeinformation and resolve part-related issues.
- Other assigned tasks as directed by supervisor to ensure successful completion of assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering with GPA>2.5
- Male or Female, age between 22-27 years old
- 1-3 Yrs experience in PE or Purchasing Field
- Have skill in Microsoft 365
- Strong critical and logical thinking
- Strong in negotiation skill
- Communication and presentation skill.
- Can work under pressure and time constraint.
- Possible to working OT
- Minimum TOEIC score 450 points
- Basic skill in cost structure / VAVE will be advantage
