Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing domestic and international contracts and legal documents in Thai and English languages (incl. negotiation)
Legal advice and counsel
Promotion of compliance activities, including trainings, within Thai DENSO group companies
Regional Legal support : DENSO Group companies mainly in Asian Countries
Corporate Issues (BOD, Shareholder, Registration)
Establishing and developing procedures to minimize legal risk

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business law or related fields
Minimum 1-5 years' experience in legal, corporate and international commercial transaction
Have very good knowledge of domestic and international trade, commercial business including taxes, customs, and labor
Have strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, and communication skill
Have high accountability and can work within deadline
Good command of English with minimum TOEIC score of 650
Good at Computer literacy in MS Office
