Responsibilities
Design tools and equipment, andimprove manufacturing processes.
Focus on optimizing material flow,reducing waste, and shorteningoperational lead times.
Elevate work standards and drivecontinuous improvement.

Qualifications
High school diploma (M.6) or higher
Male or female, aged 28 years or older
0–2 years of experience in process improvement(TPS) or production systems
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Excellent critical thinking and logical reasoningskills for process improvement
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tightdeadlines
