Responsibilities
Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes toachieve high quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
Analyze production issues and perform root cause analysis(e.g., 5 Why, FTA) to implement effective countermeasures
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production,Maintenance) to ensure smooth production operations
Support new model introduction (NPI) and process setup tomeet customer requirements
Implement Kaizen / Lean manufacturing to improve efficiencyand reduce waste
Responsibility following the IATF16949/ISO14001&45001.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering
Male or Female, age between 20-24 years old
0-2 Yrs experience in Engineering Field , We welcome new graduates and new employees to grow and learn with us
Have skill in Microsoft office
Positive mindset with logical thinking.
Communicates effectively and collaborates well with others.
Can work under pressure and time constraint.
Possible to working OT and some holiday
Minimum TOEIC score 450 points
