Facility Engineer - Thai DENSO Group

•Manage and improve Facility & Utility systems (Electrical, HVAC, AirCompressor, Water, Fire Protection, Cogeneration).​

•Ensure stable utility operation to support production requirements.​

•Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and PredictiveMaintenance (PdM).​

•Analyze equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.​

•Improve equipment reliability through TPM and continuous improvementactivities.​

•Identify and implement energy-saving and cost reduction projects.​

•Monitor energy performance and support ISO 50001 activities.​

•Lead facility improvement, renovation, and utility optimization projects.​

•Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements.​

•Prepare technical reports and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers,and overseas stakeholders.​

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.​

• Male or Female, ​

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Management, UtilitySystem, or Industrial Plant Engineering.​

• Good knowledge of: HVAC & Air Conditioning, Compressed Air, Electrical Utility, FireAlarm & Fire Protection, Power Generation / Cogeneration / Power Plant, WaterTreatment, Energy Conservation and Energy Management in Industrial Facilities​

• Knowledge of ISO 50001, ISO 14001, TPM, or Reliability Engineering is an advantage.​

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.​

• Good communication and presentation skills.​

• Ability to coordinate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, andoverseas stakeholders.​

• Good command of English (TOEIC Score > 550).​

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and engineering software.​
