Responsibilities

  • Present annual sales targets and develop quarterly sales plans.
  • Prepare quotations for customers, sell products and services according to the specified plans and targets.
  • Analyze sales figures, competitive environment, present customer needs to find ways to increase sales volume and/or introduce new product types.
  • Attend monthly sales planning meetings to review monthly sales plans and adjust sales plans to meet objectives.
  • Increase the number of new customers according to set goals and sales plans (customers who have no prior history with the company).
  • Coordinate and monitor product delivery, address customer complaints regarding product quality and delivery, as well as provide various documents as requested by customers.
  • Build good relationships with customers through consultation and product recommendations, visits, inquiries about existing and new product needs, participation in customer relations activities, and notification of changes related to the sale of company products and services.
  • Monitor overdue customer payments according to company regulations.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports to keep management informed of sales activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Perform duties in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management system standards, policies, procedures, and relevant company regulations.
  • Carry out duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry (Science or Engineering) or related field. (For chemicals business unit.)

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field. (For lubricants business unit.)

3. Good communication skills, Presentation skills, Negotiation skills.

4. Good command of speaking and writing in English, with the ability to communicate in Chinese being an advantage.

5. Energetic and active with a winning attitude to hit challenge target.

6. Able to work and travel in upcountry.

7. Able to drive a car and have own car.
