Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Coordinate with hiring managers and track recruitment KPIs
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement training plans
- Organize training programs and new employee orientation
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records
- Support HR activities and improve HR processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or training
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
