Responsibilities
- ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากร (Recruitment) ทั้งการประกาศรับสมัครงานและการสัมภาษณ์
- ดำเนินการจัดทำและบริหารงานด้านสวัสดิการของพนักงาน เช่น ประกันสังคม, ประกันสุขภาพ, และสวัสดิการอื่นๆ
- จัดการด้านการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร รวมถึงการประเมินผลการทำงานของพนักงาน
- จัดทำ VISA-WORK PERMIT ให้กับพนักงานต่างด้าว
- ดำเนินการ ตรวจสอบ Time Attendance และการจ่ายค่าจ้างประจำเดือน
- จัดทำรายงานและบันทึกข้อมูลการทรัพยากรบุคคล
- ควบคุมเอกสารและสัญญาต่างๆ ของพนักงาน รวมถึงการจัดการเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎหมายแรงงาน และระบบมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีในสาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเคมีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงาน และการปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับต่างๆ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และระบบบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล (HRIS) ได้
