Responsibilities
- วางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ภายในโรงงาน
- บริหารทีมช่างซ่อมบำรุงให้ปฏิบัติงานได้ตามแผนและเป้าหมาย
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาแนวทางป้องกันการหยุดชะงักของเครื่องจักร
- จัดทำแผน PM (Preventive Maintenance) และติดตามผล
- ควบคุมการใช้อะไหล่ เครื่องมือ และงบประมาณงานซ่อมบำรุง
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิต
- จัดทำรายงานและสรุปผลการดำเนินงานเสนอผู้บริหาร
- ดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานซ่อมบำรุงโรงงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างาน
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบ PM, TPM หรือระบบงานซ่อมบำรุง
- สามารถบริหารทีมงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีภาวะผู้นำและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD หรือระบบ ERP ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
