Responsibilities
- วางแผนงานภาพรวมการทำงานด้านฟังก์ชันการใช้งานของโปรแกรมระบบงานแอปพลิเคชัน ERP-SAP, ERP Server รวมถึงควบคุมและดูแลโปรแกรมประยุกต์อื่นๆ ที่มีการใช้ในบริษัท
- วางแผนการจัดการและตรวจสอบการสร้างหรือการแก้ไข Configuration พร้อมทั้งทดสอบระบบแต่ละฟังก์ชันงาน (Unit Test) ในระบบ ERP-SAP
- วางแผนและจัดการตรวจสอบและการทดสอบภาพรวมของทุกงาน (Integration Test) ในระบบ ERP-SAP รวมถึงระบบงานโปรแกรมประยุกต์อื่นๆ ที่มีใช้ในองค์กร
- ดูแลและติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของมาตรฐาน กฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับกฎหมายต่างๆ ที่อาจส่งผลกระทบถึง Configuration ของระบบ ERP-SAP ในกรณีที่มีการการสร้างใหม่หรือแก้ไข Configuration ให้รองรับและสอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ รวมถึงช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ของผู้ใช้งานระบบ SAP ประสานงานและให้ความร่วมมือกับผู้ปฏิบัติงานระบบ ERP-SAP ในการแก้ไขและหาแนวทางการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อให้ระบบงานดำเนินไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ระบบงานใหม่ๆ เพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงการใช้งานระบบงาน ERP-SAP ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการทำงาน
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years experience in IT support, application support, implementation or consulting.
- Expertise in SAP B1 or related module & Extensive hands-on experience in managing SAP B1 or related modules
- Experience working with vendor support teams.
- High skill to problem solving.
- Able to travel to other provinces.
- Good command of English.
