Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และพิจารณาวงเงินสินเชื่อของลูกค้าตามนโยบายบริษัท
- ติดตามและควบคุมยอดลูกหนี้การค้า (Accounts Receivable: AR) ให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการชำระเงินที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย ลูกค้า และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเครดิตและการชำระเงิน
- จัดทำรายงานอายุลูกหนี้ (Aging Report) วิเคราะห์สถานะลูกหนี้ และนำเสนอแนวทางลดความเสี่ยงด้านเครดิต
- ติดตามหนี้ค้างชำระ และดำเนินการทวงถามหนี้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางการเงิน เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบลดหนี้ และเอกสารประกอบการขาย
- สนับสนุนการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนและการจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินของลูกค้า เพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงและเสนอแนวทางบริหารเครดิต
- ปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายควบคุมภายในและมาตรฐานการกำกับดูแลของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี การเงิน บริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Credit Control, Accounts Receivable (AR), Collection หรือบัญชีลูกหนี้ อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจเคมี อุตสาหกรรมการผลิต หรือธุรกิจ B2B จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์งบการเงินและการประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านเครดิต
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี (เช่น Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ
- สามารถใช้ระบบ ERP เช่น SAP, Oracle หรือระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
