Responsibilities
- ดูแลและจัดทำทะเบียนทรัพย์สินถาวร (Fixed Assets Register) ของบริษัทให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- บันทึกบัญชีเกี่ยวกับการซื้อ โอน ย้าย จำหน่าย และตัดจำหน่ายทรัพย์สิน
- คำนวณและบันทึกค่าเสื่อมราคาทรัพย์สินประจำเดือน
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลทรัพย์สิน พร้อมกระทบยอดบัญชีทรัพย์สินกับบัญชีแยกประเภท (General Ledger)
- จัดทำรายงานทรัพย์สินและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารงานและการปิดงบการเงิน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ในการตรวจนับทรัพย์สินประจำปี
- สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบจากผู้สอบบัญชีภายในและภายนอก
- จัดเก็บเอกสารและหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทรัพย์สินให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานทางบัญชีและข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีทรัพย์สิน (Fixed Assets) อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการบัญชี ภาษี และการควบคุมทรัพย์สิน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ได้ดี และหากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบ ERP เช่น SAP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการจัดการข้อมูล
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
