Responsibilities
- รับผิดชอบการบันทึกบัญชีสินทรัพย์ถาวรของบริษัทให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงทะเบียนสินทรัพย์ถาวร (Fixed Asset Register)
- บันทึกรายการได้มา โอน ย้าย จำหน่าย และตัดจำหน่ายสินทรัพย์
- คำนวณและบันทึกค่าเสื่อมราคาประจำเดือน
- กระทบยอดบัญชีสินทรัพย์กับบัญชีแยกประเภท (General Ledger)
- ประสานงานการตรวจนับสินทรัพย์ประจำปี และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล
- จัดทำรายงานสินทรัพย์และค่าเสื่อมราคาเพื่อประกอบการปิดงบการเงิน
- สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบจากผู้สอบบัญชีและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในเกี่ยวกับการจัดซื้อ การโอนย้าย และการจำหน่ายสินทรัพย์
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี ยินดีรับพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีความรู้ด้านการบัญชีสินทรัพย์ถาวร และการคำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคา
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการบัญชีและระบบการควบคุมภายใน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้ดี
