Responsibilities

  • Supervise and directly perform International Payment, Trade Finance, and Foreign Exchange (FX) operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with banks and business partners to ensure efficient execution of international financial transactions.
  • Monitor and manage foreign currency exposure (FX Exposure), cash flow, and liquidity for overseas operations.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues arising during transaction processing to minimize downtime and operational risk.
  • Ensure operations comply with company policies and applicable financial regulations (Compliance & Regulatory Requirements).
  • Prepare management reports on international finance activities and financial performance.
  • Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of direct experience in International Payment, Trade Finance, or FX Operations.
  • Solid understanding of operational-level processes and the ability to execute tasks personally, not just manage at a policy level.
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills with banks and international business partners.
  • Knowledge of international financial regulations and internal control standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills for effective interaction with banks/overseas partners.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
