Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์คุณภาพสินค้าเคมีภัณฑ์
- ดำเนินการทดสอบตามมาตรฐาน วิธีทดสอบ และ Work Instruction ที่กำหนด
- บันทึก วิเคราะห์ และจัดทำรายงานผลการทดสอบอย่างถูกต้อง
- ดูแล ควบคุม และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือทดสอบ รวมถึงประสานงานการสอบเทียบ (Calibration)
- จัดเตรียมสารเคมี วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และควบคุมการใช้งานภายในห้องปฏิบัติการ
- จัดทำและควบคุมเอกสารระบบคุณภาพตาม ISO/IEC 17025 เช่น SOP, Work Instruction, Test Records และแบบฟอร์มต่าง ๆ
- สนับสนุนการทำ Method Validation, Measurement Uncertainty และกิจกรรม Proficiency Testing (PT) ตามความเหมาะสมของห้องปฏิบัติการ
- สนับสนุนการตรวจติดตามภายใน (Internal Audit) และการตรวจประเมินจากหน่วยงานภายนอก
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา (Root Cause Analysis) และดำเนินการแก้ไข/ป้องกัน (CAPA)
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี วิทยาศาสตร์เคมี ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO/IEC 17025, GLP หรือระบบคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการ
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ในห้องปฏิบัติการได้ เช่น pH Meter, Moisture Analyzer, Spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC หรือเครื่องมืออื่น ๆ (ตามลักษณะงาน)
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
