Responsibilities
- บริหารงานซ่อมบำรุงระบบสาธารณูปโภคและเครื่องจักร
- วางแผนและควบคุมงาน PM และงานซ่อมฉุกเฉิน
- บริหารโครงการติดตั้งและปรับปรุงเครื่องจักร/ระบบ
- ควบคุมงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่ายด้านซ่อมบำรุง
- บริหารทีมช่างและผู้รับเหมา
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร
- ควบคุมงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานซ่อมบำรุงโรงงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างาน
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบ PM, TPM หรือระบบงานซ่อมบำรุง
- สามารถบริหารทีมงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีภาวะผู้นำและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD หรือระบบ ERP ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
