Responsibilities
- จัดทำใบขอซื้อ (PR) และใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) ตามขั้นตอนของบริษัท
- ติดตามสถานะการสั่งซื้อและกำหนดการส่งมอบสินค้า
- ประสานงานกับ Supplier และหน่วยงานภายในโรงงาน
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการจัดซื้อ เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบสั่งซื้อ ใบส่งของ และใบกำกับภาษี
- บันทึกข้อมูลการจัดซื้อในระบบของบริษัท
- จัดเก็บและจัดทำเอกสารการจัดซื้อให้เป็นระบบ
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปการจัดซื้อและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนงานด้านจัดซื้อและงานธุรการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานธุรการจัดซื้อหรือจัดซื้อ 1–3 ปี (หากเคยทำงานโรงงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel, Word และ ERP ได้
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการจัดการเอกสารที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ระยะเวลาที่กำหนดได้
