Responsibilities
- รับคำสั่งซื้อ (Sales Order) และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย คลังสินค้า และฝ่ายขนส่ง เพื่อวางแผนการจัดส่งสินค้า
- ติดตามสถานะการผลิต การจัดเตรียมสินค้า และการส่งมอบให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับกำหนดส่งสินค้า การเปลี่ยนแปลงคำสั่งซื้อ และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice และเอกสารการจัดส่ง
- บันทึกและอัปเดตข้อมูลในระบบ
- ติดตามข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจนปัญหาได้รับการแก้ไข
- จัดทำรายงานด้านการขาย การจัดส่ง และการให้บริการลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนงานด้านบริการลูกค้าและงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support หรือ Logistics Coordinator 1–3 ปี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน SAP เช่น Microsoft Dynamics 365 หรือ Oracle จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
