Responsibilities
- กำกับดูแลและควบคุมกระบวนการผสมสารเคมีให้เป็นไปตามสูตรและขั้นตอนที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและความสอดคล้องของผลิตภัณฑ์สารเคมีที่ผสมแล้ว
- บริหารจัดการสต็อกวัตถุดิบสารเคมีและบันทึกข้อมูลการใช้งาน
- ประสานงานกับทีมผลิตและทีมควบคุมคุณภาพเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานราบรื่น
- ดูแลการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในแผนกผสมเคมีเบื้องต้น
- ฝึกอบรมและให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงานในทีมเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานที่ถูกต้องและปลอดภัย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์เคมี เคมีประยุกต์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงานหัวหน้าแผนกผสมเคมี หรือควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตสารเคมี 3-5 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในคุณสมบัติของสารเคมีและหลักการผสมสารเคมี
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการและกระบวนการผลิต
- ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- ความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยในการทำงานกับสารเคมี
