Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee International Payment, Trade Finance, and Foreign Exchange (FX) operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with banks and business partners to ensure smooth execution of international financial transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze foreign currency exposure (FX Exposure), cash flow, and liquidity for overseas operations.
  • Investigate and resolve complex operational issues arising during transaction processing to minimize operational risk.
  • Ensure operations comply with company policies and applicable financial regulations (Compliance & Regulatory Requirements).
  • Prepare reports and data analysis on international finance activities and performance for management.
  • Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance to related teams on complex international finance matters.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of direct experience in International Payment, Trade Finance, or FX Operations.
  • Solid understanding of operational-level processes and the ability to work independently at an expert level.
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills with banks and international business partners.
  • Knowledge of international financial regulations and internal control standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills for effective interaction with banks/overseas partners.
  • Strong analytical ability, deep problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
