Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
- Partner with management and department heads on manpower planning, organization development, and people-related matters.
- Drive and continuously improve the Performance Management System, including KPI setting, performance reviews, calibration, and performance improvement.
- Develop and implement Learning & Development, leadership development, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits, payroll processing, attendance, employee records, and annual salary/bonus processes.
- Manage Employee Relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace conflicts, and employee communication in a fair and professional manner.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Thai labor laws, employment regulations, PDPA requirements, and company policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to provide effective and responsive HR services across the organization.
- Drive HR process improvement, standardization, digitalization, and automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Monitor key HR metrics and workforce trends and provide meaningful insights to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Science, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HR Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing multiple HR functions / full-spectrum HR.
- Experience working in an organization of approximately 300–500+ employees is highly preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, distribution, warehouse, or related B2B businesses would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and HR policies.
- Experience working with both office employees and operational/frontline employees is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and strong computer/digital literacy.
