Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages clinical research studies involving human subjects in compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Supports the Principal Investigator by overseeing day-to-day study activities, including participant screening, enrollment, informed consent, data collection, and study visit coordination, while ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for study participants, research staff, sponsors, and regulatory bodies. This role is responsible for maintaining regulatory documentation, supporting IRB submissions, monitoring participant safety, and assisting with audits and monitoring visits.
• Ensures the ethical, efficient, and compliant conduct of clinical trials from study start-up through close-out.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related discipline)
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in clinical research or healthcare is required.
LANGUAGE:
• Proficiency in English (Level III-Good working knowledge for speaking, reading, writing English) is required.
• A TOEIC of at least 600 (or equivalent) is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in commonly used office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Data Management systems).
• Ability to draft and format correspondence accurately.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, protocols, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining effective communication at all levels.
