Responsibilities

Responsible in Assembly Line Optimizes the use of manpower, operation time and methods as standard in the manufacturing processesFollow up and check the basic part quality during the manufacturing as standard determinedCreate standard work process and work instructions for the manufacturing line and monitor to ensure compliance with the instructionsAnalyze/solve and improve the manufacturing process to high efficiencyDesign process Quality inspection for the Machining processTo implement the controlling and follow up the improve methods/processes/equipment in the production linesFinding New technology to support production improvementRequirements

Qualifications

1. Male or Female (Conscripted /ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว)

2. Age 22-30 years old

3. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Major in Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer or another relevant field.

4. Experience at 2-3 years in Machine CNC process/ Production Line

5. Understanding of Technology Internet of things (IoT)

6. Able to communicate in English

KET ถือเป็นบริษัทเปิดใหม่ จดทะเบียนก่อตั้งขึ้น เมื่อเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ปี 2011 หลังจากดำเนินการก่อสร้างตัวอาคารและติดตั้งเครื่องจักรก็ได้เริ่มผลิตเครื่องยนต์ออกจำหน่ายอย่างเต็มรูปแบบในเดือนตุลาคม ปี 2012

KET ก่อตั้งขึ้นในฐานะของฐานการผลิตเครื่องยนต์ระดับสากล รองรับการขยายตัวของกิจการในกลุ่มเครื่องยนต์ของ KUBOTA โดยมีแผนจะส่งมอบเครื่องยนต์ ไม่เฉพาะสู่ตลาดในไทยและประเทศในแถบเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้เท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมไปถึงตลาดต่างประเทศ ทั้งในเอเชียตะวันออก, อเมริกา และยุโรป โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเป็นองค์กรที่อุทิศให้กับการพัฒนาภาคการเกษตรและอุตสาหกรรมทั่วโลก

จากตำแหน่งที่ตั้งโรงงานในไทย ทำให้สามารถรับวัตถุดิบโลหะหล่อจาก SIAM KUBOTA METAL TECHNOLOGY (ชื่อย่อ SKMT) และส่งต่อเครื่องยนต์ที่ผลิตได้ให้กับ SIAM KUBOTA Corporation (ชื่อย่อ SKC) เกิดเป็นระบบการผลิตสายตรงตั้งแต่วัตถุดิบจนถึงผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป เรียกว่า “ระบบการผลิตแบบครบวงจร” ซึ่งช่วยเสริมความสามารถในการแข่งขัน ในตลาดเครื่องยนต์ให้กับเครื่องยนต์ของคูโบต้ามากยิ่งขึ้น

ด้วยประสบการณ์ด้านเทคนิคการผลิตและพัฒนาเครื่องยนต์ที่สั่งสมจากญี่ปุ่น ผสานกับความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจของเหล่าพนักงาน จึงหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องยนต์ ที่ผลิตขึ้น จะได้รับความพึงพอใจจากลูกค้า ทั้งในด้านคุณภาพ, ราคา และระยะเวลาในการส่งมอบ
