Responsibilities
- Study and understand Ari’s business objectives, strategies, and direction to drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and support product development initiatives that attract new customers and create long-term partnership opportunities.
- Work closely with the VP/Manager to identify target customer segments and evaluate business potential by estimating ROI and P&L for projects, particularly in sponsorship opportunities and OEM customer acquisition. Develop and present compelling business packages and promotional offers to prospective clients.
- Work cross-functionally with the Brand Development team (Planner, Designer, Product Development, and Merchandiser, etc.) to translate client requirements into project management to deliver on time that meets client expectations.
- Analyze sales performance and marketing feedback data to design effective promotional packages, strengthen customer relationships, and lead negotiations on terms and conditions. Manage contracts with suppliers and manufacturers to secure favorable business agreements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Executive, Project Development, Business Development in any field. If you have experience related to the sports retail business, it will be considered favorably.
- Quick learner, Service-minded, Problem-solving, Negotiation, Strong communication, High self-motivation, Ownership, Project Management, and an energetic person who can understand pressure.
- Good communication in English, verbal and written.
- Passionate about football, running, or Sport is a plus.
