Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts for Running, Performance, and Training Gear.
- Create seasonal concepts, colorways, graphics, prints, and design details.
- Research sports trends, consumer insights, and competitor products for new design ideas.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, and Brand teams throughout the product development process.
- Prepare artwork, technical drawings, color specifications, and design presentations.
- Support sample reviews, fittings, and design revisions to ensure functionality and quality.
- Ensure designs align with brand direction, functionality, and commercial needs.
- Manage assigned projects and deliver designs within seasonal timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sportswear, activewear, performance apparel, or product design is preferred.
- Strong understanding of running, training, and performance apparel and their functional requirements.
- Good understanding of fabrics, materials, construction, colors, prints, and garment details.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of other design or 3D software is a plus.
- Strong creative thinking with good attention to detail.
- Able to translate ideas and trends into practical, commercially viable products.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for running, fitness, sports, or an active lifestyle is a strong plus.
