Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing campaign strategy plans (Weekly/ Monthly) based on direction and brand positioning.
- Lead the Art Director, Content Creator, and production teams to develop impact Key Visual and Content communication across all channels.
- Work closely with VP/Brand Manager, Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Retail Sales, E-commerce, and Marketplace teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution.
- Track and monitor sales and marketing performance to continuously optimize strategy.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of marketing experience (at least 2-3 years of team management) in any field; if you have experience related to the sports retail business and are passionate about football will be considered favorably.
- Strong understanding of the football industry with the ability to develop marketing projects and identify opportunities aligned with brand direction.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; quick learner, service-minded, energetic, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Passionate about football, running, golf, or sports is a plus.
