Responsibilities

- Study and understand the Ari Brand, products, market trends, business competition, sports seasons, sports insights, fashion trends, consumer segments, material innovation, etc., to lead design/product development to drive brand positioning.
- Lead concept/cultural storytelling, design graphic elements, color palettes, full kit visuals/mockups, and material/technical selections based on inspiration from football culture and brand identity.
- Brainstorm and work closely with the Design Manager and Product Development teams to prepare detailed tech packs, artwork, print specifications, and material specs to meet quality and production on time.
- Work closely with the Creative/ Content Creator and Production teams to lead concept and marketing projects for promotions and product launches.
- Stay updated on the football sports industry, seasons, trends, and competitive sports brand/products to design improvements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Designer, Graphic Design, or Fashion Designer role in any field; experience in Football Jersey/Sports Apparel design and an understanding of garment concept/product development will be considered favorably.
- Demonstrated creative thinking, storytelling, strong leadership, teamwork, project management, problem-solving, negotiation skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Able to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- A strong passion for football.
