Responsibilities
- Support executives/ executive secretaries in planning work schedules, scheduling meetings, and hosting important guests as assigned daily.
- Responsible for communication and coordination between executives, employees, clients, and external partners to manage assigned tasks.
- Record meeting minutes and propose meeting confirmations for participants.
- Handle document submission for signatures, follow up on approval documents from executives, and prepare monthly and yearly expense summary reports for each department to be submitted to executives.
- Review expenses before seeking executive approval, such as support for international travel expenses, accommodation reservations, etc.
- Manage special projects, including project budget planning, product delivery services to customers and partners, and resolving delivery issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Female, aged not over 30 years old.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in the sports retail business will be given special consideration.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to handle challenges, effective communication and coordination abilities, knowledge application in work, and a strong service-minded attitude.
- Good command of English communication.
- Good command of Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for football or running sports will be considered a plus.
- Willing and able to travel in accordance with the Director’s schedule.
