Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for BAOJI's footwear and apparel segments.
- Monitor industry trends, fashion movements, and customer needs to identify actionable growth opportunities.
- Drive key strategic initiatives and product launches from planning through successful execution.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure products meet market demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in market development, strategy, marketing, or commercial functions.
- Strong understanding of the sporting goods, sneaker, and fashion retail markets.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An MBA is a plus.
