Responsibilities
ดำเนินการบันทึกและประมวลผลใบแจ้งหนี้จากผู้ขาย (Vendor Invoice) ให้ถูกต้องและตรงตามเวลาที่กำหนดภายใต้ข้อตกลงระดับการให้บริการ (SLA) รวมถึงการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องแบบ 3-Way Matching และแก้ไขหรือส่งต่อกรณีข้อยกเว้น/ปัญหาที่พบให้หัวหน้าทีมพิจารณา
จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการสร้างหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลหลักของผู้ขาย (Vendor Master Data) ตามนโยบายของบริษัท โดยตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่าได้รับการอนุมัติและมีเอกสารประกอบครบถ้วน
จัดทำการกระทบยอดรายการค้างชำระของผู้ขาย และสนับสนุนกระบวนการบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่ายในช่วงสิ้นเดือน (Month-end Accrual)
จัดทำข้อเสนอการชำระเงิน (Payment Proposal) และดำเนินการรอบการจ่ายเงิน ให้ถูกต้องและตรงเวลาเพื่อเสนอขออนุมัติ
ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการควบคุมการจ่ายเงินตามนโยบายของกลุ่มบริษัท รวมถึงการตรวจสอบข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร การตรวจสอบการจ่ายเงินซ้ำซ้อน และรายงานกิจกรรมที่น่าสงสัยโดยทันที
จัดทำรายงานการชำระเงิน เช่น ร้อยละของการชำระล่าช้า และจัดเตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุรากเหง้าของปัญหา
ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนการทำงานของกลุ่มบริษัท พร้อมรักษาระดับความถูกต้องและความตรงต่อเวลาตามตัวชี้วัดผลงาน (KPI) ของตนเองอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และสนับสนุนการจัดเตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับรายงาน KPI ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ตอบข้อซักถามจากผู้ขายและหน่วยงานภายในองค์กรอย่างรวดเร็ว เหมาะสม และเป็นมืออาชีพ
จัดทำบันทึกขั้นตอนการทำงานให้ชัดเจน และส่งมอบงานค้างทั้งหมดก่อนสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาของสัญญา
ระบุและเสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน รวมถึงสนับสนุนการดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ปฏิบัติงานด้านบัญชีอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
---------- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including performing 3-way matching and resolving or escalating exceptions to the Team Leader.
- Prepare and process vendor master data creation and change requests in accordance with company policies, ensuring all required approvals and supporting documents are in place.
- Prepare vendor statement reconciliations and support the month-end accrual process.
- Generate payment proposals and payment runs accurately and on time for approval.
- Adhere to payment control procedures as per group policy, including verifying bank details and checking for duplicate payments, and promptly report any suspicious activity.
- Prepare payment reports (e.g., % of late payments) and provide data to support root cause analysis.
- Follow Group Policies and Procedures, consistently meeting individual accuracy and timeliness Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contribute data for KPI reporting as requested.
- Respond to vendor and internal queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain clear process notes and complete a handover of all open items before the end of the contract period.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement, and support the implementation of improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks
Qualifications
· Degree in Accounting is required, a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA, CPA) is a plus
· Fair to good level of English, written and spoken
· 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a good understanding of the end-to-end AP process
· The following personal attributes: Detail-oriented and accurate; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; good problem-solving skills; team player
· Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table); experience with SAP is required/strongly preferred
· Available to start immediately (or within short notice) for a 6-month fixed-term contract
