Responsibilities

• ตอบแชทลูกค้าบนช่องทางออนไลน์
• ทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย เช่น การคีย์ออเดอร์, ทำเอกสารคืนเงิน คืนสินค้า เป็นต้น
• ประสานงานกับทีมขายและทีมอื่นๆ ภายในองค์กร
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ (วันหยุดไม่ตรงกับเสาร์-อาทิตย์)

Qualifications

• อายุ 20 - 35 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส-ปริญญาตรี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่*)
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Ms-Word, Ms-Excel พื้นฐานได้
• บุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี รักงานบริการและการขาย มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีความอดทน รู้จักการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
• ใส่ใจรายละเอียด รอบคอบ ทำงานรวดเร็ว และสามารถบริหารเวลาได้
• ทำงานเป็นกะได้ เช่นกะดึก กะเสาร์-อาทิตย์ วันหยุด
