Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- ออกใบกำกับภาษี และใบเสร็จรับเงินพร้อมทั้งบันทึกบัญชี
- ออกใบลดหนี้ให้ลูกค้า
- บันทึกบัญชีและติดต่อประสานงานในเรื่องการชำระหนี้
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการขายให้ตรงกับเงื่อนไข จัดทำเอกสารวางบิลและติดตามการรับชำระเงินจากลูกหนี้
- ตรวจสอบรายการโอนเงิน และ Reconcile Bank Statement
- สรุปยอดลูกหนี้และจัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับลูกหนี้
- ตรวจสอบยอดขายและคอนเฟิร์มยอดค่าใช้จ่ายที่ต้องจ่ายให้ลูกค้า ตามเงื่อนไขที่ตกลงกัน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า และพนักงานภายในองค์กรได้ดี
- จัดคิวงาน messenger
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
วุฒิปวส-ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Ms-Word, Ms-Excel ได้ดี (สามารถใช้ Pivot table และ Vlookup ได้)
มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
มีความซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียด รอบคอบ ขยัน อดทน
มีความรู้ทางด้านโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางบัญชี
