Responsibilities
- รวบรวมข้อมูลจากแหล่งต่าง ๆ เช่น ระบบ ERP, CRM, Database, Excel หรือแหล่งข้อมูลภายนอก
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และคุณภาพของข้อมูล
- ปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดเก็บ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลให้มีประสิทธิภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงสถิติและเชิงธุรกิจ เพื่อหา Insight ที่เป็นประโยชน์
- ค้นหาแนวโน้ม ปัญหา และโอกาสในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน
- พัฒนา Dashboard และ Visualization ด้วยเครื่องมือ เช่น Power BI, Tableau หรือ Google Data Studio
- สื่อสารผลการวิเคราะห์ให้เข้าใจง่าย และสามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง
- ติดตามเทคโนโลยี และแนวโน้มด้าน Data Analytics เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในองค์กร
- พัฒนา Query, Script หรือ Automation เพื่อช่วยลดงาน Manual
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาสถิติ คณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาการข้อมูล เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Data Analytics, Business Intelligence หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับ Big Data หรือ Cloud Platform เช่น AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- มีความเข้าใจด้านสถิติ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการตีความผลลัพธ์
- สามารถใช้ Excel ขั้นสูงได้ดี เช่น Pivot Table, Power Query, Formula ต่าง ๆ
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือ BI เช่น Power BI, Tableau หรือ Looker Studio
- มีความเข้าใจด้านธุรกิจ เช่น การขาย การตลาด การเงิน หรือ Operation
- มีทักษะในการใช้ SQL สำหรับดึงและจัดการข้อมูล
- มีประสบการณ์ใช้ภาษา Python หรือ R ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
