Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support for onsite inspections on Rotating Equipment’s and build positive relationships with customers.
- Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and equipment test run tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Cooperate with Service team and other Department for the good result.
- Proven field service experience on Rotating Equipment’s. (Centrifugal Pumps, Blowers, Agitators, Compressors)
- Knowledge on Mechanical seals, Mechanical Tools/Instruments or Centrifugal pumps is preferred.
- Knowledge on repair and servicing & Alignment of Rotating equipment’s
- Good on Document processing and computer skills, Preparing Reports in English.
Qualifications
- Male
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a major in Mechanical Engineering is preferred or related field
- At least 3 year working experience.
- Ability to work flexible to adapt to changing work schedules
- Good communication skills in English.
