Responsibilities
- Provide product and service information via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Process customer orders, verify details, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure order accuracy.
- Manage customer complaints, offer initial troubleshooting, and escalate issues as required.
- Support the sales team by assisting with sales documents and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including warehouse, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer issues and emerging trends.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, age 20-30 years old.
- Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
