Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Thai and Chinese contractors to ensure construction and renovation works are executed according to project plans and company standards.
- Liaise with internal teams, site management (TMS), and related departments to facilitate smooth project implementation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Review and verify the accuracy of materials, technical works, system installations, and structural elements related to store fit-out and construction.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure construction progress aligns with the approved timeline and project milestones.
- Provide weekly or weekend project updates and reports when required.
- Respond to inquiries from contractors, internal business units, and management teams regarding project progress or site-related matters.
- Support department store closing operations, including night-time inspections when required.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above); ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in different provinces when required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late working hours aligned with department store closing operations.
- Able to adjust work schedules or swap off-days based on project needs.
- Comfortable handling weekend communications, reports, and operational inquiries from contractors or business unit managers.
- Experience in Retail, Shop Design, Store Fit-out, or Exhibition projects is an advantage.
