Position: Retail Operation Specialist (TikTok)
Job Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute TikTok operation strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
2. Create and manage TikTok content related to products, promotions, campaigns, and store activities, while collaborating with stores, marketing teams, and influencers.
3. Monitor TikTok trends, platform updates, and performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
4. Train and support store staff in content creation, livestreaming, and social media engagement to enhance online presence.
5. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and operation data, and prepare reports with recommendations for management.
Qualifications
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Digital Media, or related fields.
2. 1–3 years of experience in Retail Operations, Social Media Marketing, TikTok Operations, or related areas.
3. Familiar with TikTok platform operations, content creation, and livestream management.
4. Strong understanding of social media trends and consumer behavior.
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
6. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
7. Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
