Department: OPPO Shop App
Position: Store Operations Specialist (Chinese Speaking)
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations of the OPPO Shop App platform and ensure smooth store performance.
2. Coordinate with headquarters, local teams, and external partners in Chinese, English, and Thai regarding operational matters.
3. Monitor sales performance, promotional campaigns, and store activities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
4. Analyze operational data, customer feedback, and market trends to enhance user experience and business results.
5. Prepare reports, operational documents, and presentations for management and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
2. Proficient in Chinese communication with HSK5 or above (HSK6 preferred), and good command of English.
3. Experience in e-commerce, retail operations, platform operations, or related fields is preferred.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
