Responsibilities

• Responsible for handing all staff matters i.e., Salary /Bonus / Leave encashment / Medical allowance reimbursement / Terminal benefits (Gratuity , Severance pay, Provident fund, Social Security) and related provisions maintaining as per requirement.
• Responsible for coordination for submission of APAR and other staff related statements and returns in time.
• Responsible for Tax relates works related to the department.
• Responsible for vouching of staff related expenses/ loan instalments.
• Responsible for preparing office note for staff PF Loans.
• Handling of guidelines issued by Regulator/ Government bodies related to staff members.
• Responsible for expats Visa, work permit, 90 days reporting, social security,
Coordination with regulator for uploading / permission and maintaining latest
Guidelines in this regard.
• In change of Stationery items, such as procuring and distribution
• Maintenance of Bonus calculation / Annual increment
• Handling of payment for all vendors
• Maintenance /up keeping of branch telephone equipment and monthly payments
• Ensuring tallying of Books and ledger & Filling of report/records.
• Any other work related to the department to be performed as per Country Head’s instructions.
• Adherence to Bank’s Policies, rules norms & compliance of Regulators norms /policies.

Qualifications

  • Male/Female, Thai nationality only.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of HR experience.

  • Knowledge of HR practices, including benefits administration, performance management, and employment law.

  • Age between 21–30 years.

  • Smart, with a pleasing personality.

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English (advantage) and Thai.

  • Computer proficiency: MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Salary: Negotiable.
