Metrology Sustain Sr. Engineer - Magnecomp Precision Technology Public Company Limited

JOB SUMMARY:

• Sustaining/Improvement Production Metrology Equipment to be in control.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and provide the timeline of measuring program set up based on PCP and product requirement.
• Planning and provide the timeline of metrology machine maintenance/PM and calibration.
• Planning and provide the timeline of fixture ordering, set up and design together with tooling design dept.
• Planning correlation and GR&R to achieve customer specification for both in process and outgoing.
• Teach, instruct and communicate to engineer, supervisor, technician and operator who work in font line base on related document.
• Planning and provide the timeline of metrology performance improvement to achieve customer requirement.
• Planning and provide metrology performance to KPI target.
• Support 6 sigma, Lean, 5S project and ISO9000 system.
• Supervise / Advise Engineer, Technician/ Sr. Tech. and/or subordinate.
• Support job assignment from superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Required:

• Bachelor/master's degree in ME, EE, Electronic, Computer, Instrumentation

Skill Required:                   

• Knowledge in Metrology filed or Machine maintenance and HDD experience.

Experience:

•  5 years.
