Store Supervisor - Magnecomp Precision Technology Public Company Limited

JOB SUMMARY:

Plan, lead, direct, and control the activities of the various stores ig. receiving, issuing shipping, MRB, scrapping.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and supervise the activities of store operations, in the maintenance and control of the store system, transaction and report.

• Control accurate inventory through strict implementation of receiving and issue control check - point and co-operate inventory reconciliation activities and provide the corrective actions.

• Analyze inventory status for unusual build - up excess and action plan to reduce to standard.

• Ensure the proper documentation is done and accurate physical transaction is made for accurate Oracle input.

• Co-ordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, IQA on issue such as lot issuing, RMA, RTV, PO, Defective, and other related.

• Control and accurate inventory through strict implementation of issue control check - point and co - ordinate inventory reconciliation activities.

• Develop , train and motivate store personnel to strengthen support to the production and propose the idea to improve the productivities.

• On daily basis, develops corrective and preventive action on issuance, receiving and related store problems.

• Take care the physical inventory count on daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Recommend system improvement and look for any improvement plan at store and including the cost reduction as appropriate.

• Perform and promote the 5's concept for housekeeping in store.

• Create the PR for any related in store.

• Perform other related assignment as may be deemed necessary.

Education Required: Diploma - Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Skills Required: Able to communicate in English both written and spoken. Supervisor skills, Microsoft Office.

Experience: 5 years related work experience in store operation.
