Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- Lead product and process improvement initiatives while driving cross-functional projects to achieve product quality, operational excellence, and on-time delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive project execution, schedule management, and risk mitigation.
- Lead engineering change management and impact assessments.
- Support product qualification and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolve product and process issues through structured problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with customer, quality, and engineering requirements.
- Collaborate across functions to enhance quality, reliability, and productivity.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Skill Required:
- Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) and Product Transfer Programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab or equivalent, CAD/SolidWorks).
- SPC, DOE knowledge is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills in English
- Cross-Functional Leadership, Effective Communication, Team works, and Continuous Improvement Mindset.
